PET BOTTLE MANUFACTURING

This department is growing amongst national companies dealing in the same business. We acquired the manufacturing plant from M/s. Mountain Valley Water (Pvt) Limited, Islamabad with the consideration of Rs. 30 (M) by offsetting the accrued liabilities towards Habib Bank Ltd. Karachi. The acquired plant was originally installed for supply of mineral water, the plant also has in house production facility of pet bottles manufacturing for the filling of mineral water and any other kind of bottles.

When 4B Industries, took over the unit in 2002, it was not in position of to produce high quality of Pet Bottles. Understanding the needs of plant we indulged new Key Blood Vessels /Equipments i-e Chilling Unit, Air Conditioning System, Power LT Panel, for maximum utilization of production facility. The new investments resulted in tremendous growth of pet bottle business within just two years.

We started marketing of pet bottles in 2002 in response to ever growing demand of pet bottles in different industries including agrochemicals, beverages and pharmaceuticals in Pakistan. Our products range is worth being distributed throughout in Pakistan and in a short span of time; the company has attained a challenging position in the industry.

We launched innovative market trends & focus on personalized customer services to fulfill day-to-day market needs. We are covering maximum potential markets through our professional sales team. Our Market Research system plays a key role in a planning & implementation of good marketing strategies for timely action to ensure maximum business in profitable manner.

MANUFACTURING AND PACKAGING

The manufacturing plant is equipped with process control instrumentation. All the machinery and equipment is explosion proof. The plant has a production capacity of 50,000 bottles per day. The manufacturing facility of pet bottle unit is centrally air- conditioned. The storage areas are well ventilated and equipped with fire detection and alarm system; fire extinguishers are Hydrant points for fire fighting.

GENERATOR

The facilities include a brand new 500 KVA plant installed after change of management by us.

By definition - a natural mineral water may not be treated and must emerge at source. It must be naturally and consistently pure and must be drinkable in its natural state.
4B Industries is going to be the “First Natural Spring Water Supplier” in Pakistan. Company will utilize pure and natural source of the springs from the beautiful valley

of Abbottabad. Considering the day-to-day expansion in the market of mineral water

4B Industries has decided to soft launch its brand into the water business in July 2005 with daily production capacity of approximately 5,000 bottles per day. The available water sources and owns production facilities incited the company to enter in this growing business.
