(Pvt) Ltd. is a newly established company. 4B Marketing activities
found its momentum with the acquisition of FALETTI’s
Hotel Edgerton road Lahore from the privatization commission
government of Pakistan by paying an amount of Rs.1211.1M (One
billion two hundred eleven million and one hundred thousand)
located in the centre of the financial district of Lahore.
The project is currently in the development mode. Subsequent
to the site survey, international Architects of North American
origin have been entrusted with the responsibility of developing
a mixed use urban property.
THE PROJECT
Nestled in the heart of Lahore, are the approximately 8.5
acres of land which make up the old FALETTI’s hotel.
This project with its urban dynamics, economics and social
potential holds the key to a major rejuvenation of Lahore’s
City Center.
With neighbors such as the Punjab Assembly, Charring Cross,
Wapda House, Masonic Lodge, Al-Hamra Culture Centre the site
exudes of history and character.
The urban quality of this land is further enhanced by its
major approaches leading from Lahore’s Upper Mall or

HOTEL
This six star facility is being designed as the property’s
flagship and as an icon to Lahore’s arrival into the
21st century.
The hotel will have approx. 580 Luxurious suites, sky lobbies,
Ball rooms, Restaurants, Meeting rooms, Business Centre, Health
Clubs and boutique retail areas.
OFFICE
The office Tower will give Lahore’s select Business
Houses and Multinationals a unique address, where they can
have state of the art technology combined with responsible
environment practices.
This building will have its own drop-off plaza, car parking,
reception and lobby areas,; five unique Atria, will give offices
an opportunity to have individualize public spaces, security
and reception arrangements, while giving the developer a modular
Tenant space program which is flexible to tenant needs.
The Atria alongwith a double layered southern wall will help
in developing energy efficient design.
RESIDENTIAL
As part of the hotel Complex, will be one, two and three bedroom
service apartments, and four bedroom rental apartments which
will also be accessed from the Hotel plaza.
Each apartment tower has its own lobby, encased in glass and
sitting within a reflecting pool of water.
All apartments have individual elevator lobby access, living
and bedroom areas are split on two levels, rooms have view
of the assembly park, each apartment is provided with outdoor
courts and servant quarters.
RETAIL
The true heart and energy center of the development will be
this component; spread over six levels will be a hyper market
with direct access to parking, Anchor stores, shops, niche
bazaars (gold, electronics etc.) Amusement park, food courts,
Cineplex, Atriums, Arcades, Warehouses and Service Areas.
