It is a balance combination of two weedicides especially for the control of pre & post emergence weeds in sugarcane.
Atrazine: is a selective systemic herbicide, it is used for the pre and post-emergence control of annual and broad leaved weeds and perennial grasses; it inhibits photosynthesis and interferes with other enzymatic processes. It is mainly absorbed through the plant roots, but can enter through the foliage, and accumulates in the apical meristems and leaves.
Ametryne: Selective systemic herbicide, absorbed by the leaves and roots, with translocation acropetally in the xylem, and accumulation in the apical meristems.
